I've got a +3/-1 Vampiric Axe Haft and have no idea what it's worth. Any ideas?

I doubt you'de be able to sell it on its own tbh. I'd either just merch the mod or add it to something else to make it easier to sell.

if you find someone wanting 1-2k is easy, but they are not highly in demand
I would not add it to something either, as some are turned off by the mods (idiots yes...)
